Verbly Lied

We ordered a building for storage from this company and they did not own up to anything. The sales person lied about everything and promised to send the information that I wanted but first had to have the deposit and the contract signed. After they received what they wanted they wouldn't honor our request. She had first said that she would send the information that we needed for our town to issue a permit and after she got the signed contract and deposit, she said it would take her 10 days or so and not the right away as she initially said. I told her to cancel it and she said OK. So, I notified our credit card company and put a decline on the charge.

Thinking that they had just cancelled as the sales person said, we got a call from an irate manager today telling us that they didn't know it was cancelled and gave me such a difficult time on the phone.

We are senior citizens and also were business people. We don't need this agrivation from this kind of person. I would like to advise any person thinking of putting up a steel building to shop and stay clear from this company..

Our bank is going to try to solve this and I feel confident that they can, but I wish I had a warning from someone before I delt with these people and could have avoided this problem.

Beware of any company that wants your signature and your deposit before sending you anything and all should be written down because their word means nothing.
