Kamanyi Rogers Scam, Rip off, Never Shipped Merchandise Limbe

City Chemist is a rip off scam, they advertise by want adds, they do not have a website. I placed an order for plant food with them and sent payment via western union but once they had picked up payment they began to request more money for shipping the merchandise using various reasons.
