Called to report a chair back with cross threaded hole. Was told item was on backorder and they would send when received from supplier. Unkown to me at the time the supplier was in China. Over a mo unknown

Purchased a new table, set of chairs and umbrella from Fred Meyer in Redmond Oregon. Attempted to assemble and found the pre-threaded nut was stripped. Called that day to report the problem and was told the item was on backorder from the supplier. I did not realize at the time the company was in China. It has been over a month and have not heard from the company or their representative. On the container it stated not to return to store where purchased.
