I have been dealing with AHS for the past 9 years without any issues until I needed my HVAC unit started not working in the 10th year of my contract they have made every excuse why not to fix it or replace the unit. This is units that stop working in a period of time with temperatures in excess 100 plus degree Houston Weather at times 25 degree winters without the heater working with a Senior Citizen living in this Household. I have tried every method to get this unit fixed or replace and I get the standard answer it is not in your contract. I highly recommend that you rethink you decision to go with The ServiceMaster Companies (American Home Shield, Terminix, Merry Maids, TruGreen, ServiceMaster Clean, Furniture Medic and AmeriSpec.)
