Wrong mosquito netting too tight and short mississauqu ontario

I purchased a netting, upon opening it found it to be too short andtoo tight i contacted the company and was told to send it back and i would receive a replacement because they had many complaints. Isent it back at a cost of 30.00 and it was returned today unopened saying the company closed which is a lie, i spoke to two people a charlene and anizia who said they would take care of this and send a replacement and a refund for my shipping. As of now i have made at least 100 phone calls and wrote 2 letters and tried e-mail all with no results. I now have a netting i can't use and i already paid my charge as the time expired
