Eagle-Eye - PatchPerfect Shameless Unethical Scammers

I placed an order for PatchPerfect grass seed from the internet portal Patperfect.com on June 22. At the conclussion of the online purchase a pop up appeared over the invoice occulding the the itemized list and purchase price after checkout.
I called customer service and informed them of the problem verifying invoice and was told it was not currently in the system and to call back the next day and any modifications would be made once available to the operator (Eric 886-272-9951). The following day I recieved invoice confirming shipment without any cost itemized. Called and spoke with same customer rep (Eric) who informed me that product had shipped and I would be charged.
I stated the fact that the amount of order was wrong as I had not ordered 15 bags of seed and I had not beed provided an invoice at check-out to review any of the order so could not have approved contents. This company is artificially manupulating the order status and purposefully and decietfully misrepresenting there product with complete impunity.
Contacted credit card company to verify purchase to which I was informed that at $404.00 purchase had been charged at which time I informed them that I would "dispute charges as per Bank of America Policies".
This company needs to have its corporate charter revoked if it operates in Conneticut and the fact that they artificially make the order verification process difficult makes it impossible for a reasonable person to place an order and recieve a fair electronic transaction.
