Failure to meet date for storm windows installation

We were told that installation of storm windows would begin at 9:00AM June21.By 11:30AM began trying to contact Windows by U to find out why they had not showed on the appointed time. Only person we talked to was a woman who could not answer any of our questions and could not contact anyone in the company to get with us. This morning, June22, called their corporate office in Atlanta and as of 2:00PM still do not have any information as to when istallation will take place
