This company recently advertised Air Coolers in USA Today. After calling them it was clear that these air coolers are cooled by ICE which means you have to constantly change the ice blocks and constantly empty the reservoir.

I have tried over and over to contact the company however they do not respond to phone calls and just take your money.

They are not listed as a business in OH, and they are not listed as a corporation on Hoovers.com.

I've had to dispute the charge with my bank and demand a refund.

Make sure you know all you need to know before buying a Mira-Cool Air cooler.
