Jim Blanchard, Trees Unlimited asked me to commit Felony Insurance Fraud!

Beware of this company. My new 2010 car was severely damaged by Jim Blanchard's and Richard Meli's Trees Unlimited. The crew member that damaged my car requested I commit felony insurance FRAUD, provide FALSE STATEMENTS to the West University Police Officer, provide FALSE STATEMENTS on the Police report and state that a different vehicle damaged my car.

I emailed Mr. Blanchard & requested he have my car fixed asap becuase it presented a dangerous condition when driving with my 4- and 6-year old children he denied culpability for his worker's damageand said he would get back to me.

If they work on your property who knows if this company really has liability insurance, work-men's comp insurance or auto insurance. Hiring Tree's Unlimited of 2062 Harland Drive, Houston, TX 77055,713-688-6739 could be a major risk to home owners that want a tree cut down and a worker is hurt or killed. Don't take the risk.
