Possibly a scam

I've attempted to obtain in contact going back month to no avail. They've billed my CC quite a long time before. They offered me a verification # that provides me use of info for that pine I've requested. It's been stated the pine continues to be delivered since 5/7/10. They are doing declare that the pine must found its way to 14 days (for The United States) after purchase (put into April). Convinced that there may have been some difficulty within the delivery, I delivered 4 emails and named twice, when I stated above, to no avail. I never get any feedback. Whilst the cash involved with fairly essential (significantly more than $150), I should state that I'm obtaining a bit worried. I tested online and that I discovered another criticism (virtually just like quarry in information). I'm truly scared that it may be a fraud. The worst is the fact that it's a paid link on Google. I'm truly questioning exactly what the issue is.
