Rental Property from HELL!

Douglas Oswald owns the home located at 2865 Sweden Walker Road in Brockport, NY. He rented the home to us back in October of told us things like he had "artesian" well water which was the best you could drink, advising us to dump RID into the toilets once a month to keep the septic system running properly, instructed us to burn all garbage in bins on the property (which is illegal in Monroe County, NY.) In January we contacted Mr. Oswald in Texas, where he resides, and informed him that the home was infested with mice-that one of them had given birth in the drop ceiling and the blood was coming through-Mr. Oswald responded by saying "There's only 20 mice and if you don't like it I'll send the marshall up there to throw you out." Nice guy huh? Well, unfortunately for Mr. Oswald he failed to realize that I had leased apartments for quite some time and had to have working knowledge of the New York State Laws pertaining to things of this nature.
