Leaks in roof

In May of we employed Mark Boxberger to construct a / store building for all of US since his bet was probably the most resonable one we'd. Following a small amount of time he recommended us that it had been getting him longer than intisapated to complete the task. At this time the ground, mounting, outside sideing and top have been finished. We decided in those days we'd do the remainder of the interior function that must be completed.in the place of compensation roofing product, steel was employed for the top. We also had the company place in 2 big deck glass area within the top to do something like a sky-light and supply more warmth in the sunlight. The company, Mark, understood and decided to do that befor building the drop / store building. Following the summer finished and also the rainfall began we discovered that we'd leaks. The company did go back to place spray foam in places he believed may be evoking the trickle. It did quit the trickle temporairly, then we discovered another trickle aprox a base in the first one, additionally about the different aspect of the top another flow was found. We've had connection with the company and he claims he'll notice what he may do when requested if he may come out to repair the leaks. Well it's been annually and we still have leaks, our last connection with the contractor / company was recently May 26. He again stated he'd observe what he might do when requested in the future to observe about repairing the trickle.

We're really dissatisfied that his scenario hasn't been fixed due to probable harm to the building and items due to the rainfall that people cannot notice.

We also had this same company set a brand new deck top on our deck and we've numerous leaks within the deck top additionally, Unfortunatly we didn't knw of the leaks until after ther rainfall startede or we'dnot have experienced this contractor do our drop / store building. We've also approached him many times concerning the deck top to no avail. I'm unable to access it the top of the store building or even the deck as a result of situation called vertigo.
