Derrick Coffman was building several homes in Indio California. He hired my husband as a project manager, keeping him on retainer for his buidling projects. My husband is a General Contractor in California.
After my husband got all the subs together for the job derrick stopped paying. He kept promising to pay us for 2 weeks. Even going as far as texting us asking us if the money posted our account yet. When he never made the deposit! WHO DOES THAT?
He ripped us off for 19k BEWARE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! He will take your money and fly to Hawaii!!!
He cannot legally build anything in California without a contractors lic.
