Way overpriced, employees barely make minimum wage

Make sure to get more than just SIR's estimate when planning any work to be done on your home — they are most often 2 to3 times the price of other companies doing the same improvements. What's worse, is they pay their employees $8 an hour. Yes, the guys who come in and do your "energy analysis" (the Energy Freaks, as SIR calls them) make barely minimum wage, although they bring the company thousands of dollars. And the owner gets angry if there's any overtime!
