California pools in anaheim huge ripoff! Do not use this company!

Our pool was to be our end of the day get away, our family retreat.instead it has become a 3 year up hill battle with no hope to a justifiable end. The pool is supposed to be a 40x20 foot free form poolwith diving board beach entrance with fountain, jacuzzi with fountain, rock waterfall, fiber optic lighting behind rocks and around entirepool, steps, and jacuzzi, all changing color with pool lights and a hugescreened enclosure.

What I got was a pool 6 inches too high, adiving board that had to be removed because it was 2 feet away from astep out, an 8 inch step into the shallow end instead of a beachentrance, pool slab with half of a dozen cracks poured 3 inches abovethe bottom of our equipment room door which renders that door unusable, a gutter that overflows in the middle, and a house that floods anytimeit rains harder than an april shower.

The list goes on but youget the point. The best response I have recieved from them is we willrefund you 9000.00 dollars and you are on your own! I will take this tothe bitter end!
