Will Not Take Return on Uncomfortable Mattress

We purchased a mattress from them and found it to be completely uncomfortable to sleep on. We decided this after a week... There are companies out there that offer a 30 Day trial for no charge... We had to pay up front and then wait at least a month for delivery.

Contacted REM to return the mattress and was told they would not take it back but would send me a different mattress for an additional fee... A mattress i could not sleep on or see or anything i was just suppose to tell them what i was looking for and they would send me something for the additional fee... Id like to know if the people at this company would buy a mattress without trying it out first... We have gone as far as to put a hold on our credit card payment but all of this has taken more time and effort then i care to spend when i am not happy with something... As far as i am concerned buyer beware...
