This place is bad news. My wife and I ordered over $13,000 worth of built-in bookcases and office furniture. After numerous unreturned phone calls, broken appointments and four months later, we finally cancelled the order - paid $250 legal fees to get our $5,000 deposit back. No apologies, excuses or explanation as to why the poor service and no follow through.
