This company is so corrupt is screws over every single customer and employee. Their salesmen are all trained to push people into signing a contract with them by lying about everything. Their sales manager, John Nearhouse, tells everyone he trains "Selling to a customer is like ice cream, simply add lots of toppings". He lies to every customer he gets about stuff they should receive yet never do. They also sell Ceramic Coating to people and once its time to install they use regular paint not coating! If your house was coated by them call the ROC (Registrar of Contractors).

Tiffany Noonan is the Manager and Randy Jordan is the owner of all 3 companies (even though its under other peoples name). Exterior Designs of Arizona was under Randy and Tiffanies name, Premier Exteriors is under James Noonan who is Tiffanys father, and the new company Creative Edge is under Diane Jordan who is Randy's mother.

They first opened Exterior Designs of Arizona and as time past they got a license for Premier Exteriors of Arizona. They let the Premier Exteriors license sit for a couple years to make it look like they've been in business for years. Once they screwed thousands of customers over they closed the company (Exterior Designs), moved location, and started working under Premier Exteriors the next day. This is the same thing they are doing with Premier Exteriors and Creative Edge.
