To whoever uses "craigslist" for subcontracting outside services for yard work should be cautious with this guy. Chris Adams aka Adams Subcontractors LLC out of Covington, Ga. He violated our written contract and then disappeared after he got paid for his very unprofessional services. The so-called subcontractor agreed in writing to build for us a concrete patio and 3 ft. Retaining wall that only measured out to 7 inches. I have pictures. He makes claims of being able to easily build whatever you would like and throw in extra materials for free as he claims to have many locations with excess material that he can afford to give at little to no cost. Buyer Beware. He will rob you and disappear! We cannot find this guy anywhere. We have left him countless messages at the phone numbers provided by him at the time of said agreement. Also he chooses to make payments made to his secretary Virginia Patton.
