Sadly, I simply experienced exactly the same misuse nowadays by David and Kory of Multiple E. All you mentioned is dead-on. I have never been handled thus badly with a company that I've accomplished nothing to apart from pay them 3 E to get a work they didn't provide on. Don't use multiple e fence
