Kingsway Technologies is a major scam real estate company operated by Nathaniel Bashola Sobayo. If you care to search online for his name you'll see court cases of him and banks. Usually consumer fraud. He is also a sweetalker. Nathaniel Sobayo has no real estate license so please be aware of him. He has scammed many poor souls and taken over their houses leaving them to be sometimes foreclosed. He took away 6 houses from three families I know and even ran away with my $50k in cash to use and buy his own home.
