Drywall/finishing/draining system

I'd purchased used a flat/2-story in manassas near 10 years today. I've had to inform you the drywall is bad the tape is peeled of underneath the minor coat of color. It would appear that every joint wasn't mudded and completed. Through the two story cond. I've had several problems with the plumbing and heating and today it is plumbing underneath the the washer. That has caused a trickle towards the first level and today i have to repair the ceilng again! I've pictures of these events all induced since pulte provides an extremely poor item. I also provide found the laudry space wasn't done the trim on the ground was imperfect the windows were the cheapest ever/displays. The standard is the toughest completed product and that iam sure a house inspection wasn't great either. I had held a townhouse aswell which was pulte constructed also it wasn't much better. But in those days my husband was an excellent drywall finisher and he spent his free time completing the task right. No further pulte homes for me and that i recommend others to not expect quality with pulte. Images could be made on aas needed basis.
