USAA state #5925869 insurance provider letterhead mentioned that company cost was to be delivered straight to company for cost entirely. Unauthorized bank tranfer of resources was converted to clients lender without understanding. Company required payment for companies. Plaintiff stated company could be compensated direct by USAA.

Company utilized late charges, fines and curiosity and put an alleged lein against house through 3rd party collection company. Company was compensated entirely for providers within the quantity of 2,148.86 minus all overdue payments, examine # 6357 dated 11/24/09. Check was banked by company on, or around 12/11/09.

Cost for providers was produced by Richard Homer, claims adjuster for cost to company. Nevertheless in the place of creating cost straight to company as notice mentioned and authorized by both plaintiff and company day May 22. Cost was converted to plaintiff consideration via cable transfer, and without written knowedge.

Plaintiff remains receiving telephone calls, messages from companies collection company, requiring cost of one more 800.00 bucks.
