Allure Furniture Designs Scammers with IMPUNITY Felons of 1000s leaving wake of Victims across the USA

Debra Clark and Gregory Clark have been operating under 2 names Allure Furniture Designs and Furniture and Accents.com for several years present. I have obtained their business records from Los Angeles Country. They use the same felonious MO - take an order, transfer your money immediately, claim the furniture is on backorder, make you wait months, then cancel your order, email back that your money has been returned, and THEN DON'T DO IT! They do not respond to BBB, IC3gov, Attorney General's offices, Yahoo, PayPal, etc. They frequently change phone numbers. Being NONresponsive is genius. The cases are closed and the victim is left without recourse or their money. They rely on no action being taken, primarily because the victims must file against them in small claims court in Pasadena, CA. Many are 3000 miles away, making that fiscally imprudent. The amount stolen is virtually the same. They steal approximately $600 a transaction. Although they seem to steal with IMPUNITY, I will not let them continue their felonious free ride. I am patiently exhausting all avenues before I board my plane and find them. The NYS Attorney General's Office wants to be convinced that there is a PATTERN of theft. Therefore, I encourage all victims to file complaints, especially with the Pasadena Sheriff's Office. When they get enough complaints, maybe it will deliver them from their silent complacency, knowing they have allowed a felon to operate right under their noses for YEARS! The mediation board below is in Pasadena and will also be the best way to impact them.
Although I do NOT expect that Debra Clark will participate in any VOLUNTARY mediation, it will help establish that pattern of fraud the law enforcement officials keep speaking about. It will also provide another show of bad faith on her part when I take her to small claims court. I will keep you all informed.
