Building a new home with out finishing still need a lot of work, they need to finish

My cousing carmen mayorga, bought a brand new home, located in Tobbyhanna, PA. There are a lots of things, that needs to be done in this home. They left a lots of things that need to be repair since she bought it she had been waiting for them to finish it.

Clearview builders always putting excuses not responding to her phonecalls, messages and also they had make her to missed work because they always telling her that they are going to stop by the house to finished what they supposed to.

I guess my cousin has the right to wherever comes up to bring their attention she doesnt know what action to take against this people. This is going way to far, enough to take this matter seriously. She has been living in this house for about 4 months, they still haven't fixed it. She's looking for someone to help her related to this matter.
