While Lennar claims they've the "anything house" they imply that anything is incorrect. They didn't caulk the windows or shops resulting in leaks when it rains. Our "energy-star" house if full of drafts. The drywall wasn't recorded within the edges or roof resulting in hairline cracks everywhere. The least expensive supplies were utilized such as the updates that I over-paid for. New work was utilized therefore the surfaces are uneven. I will hear every action somebody requires upstairs due to bad instalation. The number continues. I'd inform anybody to not purchase a Lennar home.
