Replacement of Hardwood Floors

I recently experienced a flood in my own condo, and my wood floors, that are only 4 yrs old and were in exceptional condition before the ton, were severely broken. I've required the surfaces be changed; nevertheless, Allstate claims their placement to become that "if your broken ground could be sanded & refinished, that's what their plan may protect." Then they known their customizer plan, that they condition was in effect at that time of losing, specically pg. 19, protection A, Problems # 3, that they condition claims "we've the choice to correct, restore or change broken or damaged home."

I've talked with many companies who've explained the whole ground must be changed because of the proven fact that the surfaces are intertwined. Allstate claims that they can just purchase the alternative of a few of the timber within the ground and also the relaxation could be sanded and restained.

I'm requesting the whole ground be changed therefore it is likely to be put-back in to the initial situation it had been in before the flooding.
