Connection with "Danny Phillips", put up function. Named him back again to allow him understand we required "stick on strain address", advised him of need, during discussion phone failed. Named back his cell five times, did not reply, no voicemail. Named workplace and left information. He never called back. Worker came to complete work, was proven bathtub, requested if he'd the stick on strain address. Did not actually understand what these were.in a rush to depart, stated he'd call "Danny Phillips" on his cell.

Five minutes later, I'd to contact Phillips. Understood precisely what I had been talking about regarding drain address. Stated could not do work till a few weeks.
