Ripoff, fraudulent business and cheated they stole 20% from the purchase plus shipping

We bought an stove on July the 5th, and its cost $500. It not work propely, when we try to use the oven. The steam come out just under of the key pannel. Dripping off grease on the surface. Sound normal to you a stove do that?

I spoke with the manager, same answer, then another tech. This time representing the brand, GE. He was agree with us at firt place, but when he call to his office he change his mind. Telling us, that its normal.

We decide to get our money back but the company stole 20% from the purchase plus shipping. I think this is a big ripp off for customers like us. That money, you earn day by day, and it really hurt. But for them they dont care. Is any way to stop this? Any lawyer reading this?
