This man is a con artist, making a living off the homeowners by doing shoddy work. He is unprofessional in his work and he can't pay his bills after he completes a job. He tries to stiff the customer for more money on jobs at the end of the work claiming he did not contract on some of the work.
Do not trust this man, he is a thief and a liar.
