Please be advised that even if you stay at this duplex for a long time. Take pictures before and after. I even let this woman do the paiting before I moved out so she would not lose a days worth of rent. Did the carpets (shampoo). Replaced broken (from cat) mini blinds. And caulked all the cracks for her. I was there 4 yrs. Became friends and she sat in front of the house and spoke to me about it. Said never seen anybody ever clean a place like I cleaned it. Went in and painted without my permission and I said nothing. Thought she was a friend. Wrong! Watch out for her. I took pictures and still unsure if time to go to court is worthwhile? Good luck to the next tennant.
