Glenn Harms (a.K.A. Sac Valley Home Inspections) sounded competent enough on the phone. He told me what I wanted to hear and easily scheduled an appointment at my earliest convenient, probably because he didn't have any other clients. Glenn even was negotiable on his fee, which at the time I believed was just a sign of a poor economy.
