Dave Cone They delivered the wrong mattress, claimed it WAS a pillow top, not the one in the add!

We purchased a mattress that was on sale from an add in our paper. I went and paid for the mattress and they delivered it that same afternoon. As soon as the delivery person took off the plastic I realized it was not the right mattress. I called the store and told Travis, the salesman that sold me the mattress, I told him this was not correct, it was not a pillow top that was advertized. He told me it was a pillow top, called it a wired name, but no matter what name they put on it it was NOT the mattress that was shown in the add. I was mad needless to say, and I could here, what I later came to know was Dave Cone, in the background telling Travis what to say about a disclaimer at the bottom of the page of the add stating "some items differ from picture".. Well differ is one thing but I am not so stupid that I don't know a cheap substitute that is NOT a pillow top. I was so mad that I finally hung up the phone and Dave called back a few minutes later and told me that if I wanted that I could come in the next day and he would WORK with me if I wanted to upgrade the mattress I had.
