Won't Honor Lifetime Warranty

After having numerous issues with the windows. I named the initial (adding) Screen Globe however the company was offered to Windows Immediate. I talked to Scott Wolmen who'll not protect the Screen Globe whole life guarantee. Then I named a different Screen Globe Organization shop and talked to Jamie Eller, informed him the issue and he explained he'd look after it. I've never seen from him again. I called back many times and remaining messages. Lastly reached him and had a large debate, he declined to fix the issues since "his Screen Globe did not deploy the windows" it was only a large frustration & cost.
