My wife bought a sign from this vendor at the Folk Art Show at the NY State Fairgrounds in Syracuse on January 31. After several e-mail inquiries, we received the order in August, it was the wrong design, and the sign was broken. He promised a replacement after we returned the item. To date we have had not received the replacement, nor any response to several more e-mails. Living in the area, I tried to find his business location, but was unable to locate the address. My wife knows the lady who collects money at this craft show, and will contact Keith, the organizer to not let him participate anymore.
