Destyn promises to get you qualified tenants but will find rentors with less than desirable credit historys, even drug addicts who do not pay the rent, leaving you responsible for a mortgage and your own rent. You essentially end up overpaying on the property and stuck with a mortgage and rent if you live elsewhere. Do not be fooled by his fancy vehicles as they are a front to his scam.
