There was a particular bedroom set that my wife and I just had to have. It was a Millenium by Ashley bed. I just have called like 10 different places and they all told me that it was discontinued. I was pissed because we really wanted that specific one. I then came across this website and noticed that it sais in stock. I figured what the hell, let me try 1 more time before I give up. I gave them a call and was very clear about what I wanted. I already knew it was discontinued so my first question was "are you sure that its in stock." They put me on hold and came back to me about 2 minutes later. I didn't really mind waiting on hold since I knew this was my last chance. After speaking to a woman, a guy picked up and seemed to be filled in on what I wanted. He said that I was lucky because we have 1 more left but there would be some sort of internal transfer in place because it had to go from 1 warehouse to another. I was a little sceptical because I know that this was a discontinued piece. He guy assured me that I would have it and that he would keep me updated. About 4 days later I got an email saying that the transfer was complete and it will now be sent to me. After seeing that me and my wife were pretty excited. The next day my card was charged and I got yet another email saying that the item had left and is on its way by a freight company. I replied for a tracking number but they informed me that there was none. I was a little weary of that but they explained to me that its because it was a large shipment and that I would get a call before the delivery. I figured ok, as long as I know when its comming. About 7 days later (including the weekend) I got a call to setup a delivery appointment. I was crazy exited and told them to do it as soon as possible. They came the next day and brought it to my house. I had my family help me bring it inside and set it up. That was the fun part. Then I noticed that the tops of one of the posts had a crack in it. I was pretty disturbed by this and called them up immediately. I spoke to the same guy again and he informed me that he would take care of everything and have a new post sent out. I was pretty lucky that they had that extra piece for this item. No lie, it came it 4 days and in perfect condition. Me and my wife now make good use out of this bed if ya know what I mean. Very solid construction. I was so exited I called them back up just to thank them. I think this is some of the best service that I've had. I was kept informed the whole time and they were very honest with me letting me know of the internal transfer. I would definately order from site site again. Who knows, I might need a living room set soon:).
