Vincent Michael Arrigo - Noah's Restoration - Mike Arrigo Contracted to mitigate water damage and return shower to original state and did a horrible job, treated us badly when we complained and refused to work out a settlement

Mike Arrigo with Noah's Restoration contracted to mitigate water damage and do the necessary repairs to our Master bedroom shower after a leak. Mr. Arrigo told us that he worked with a qualified tile setter that could do the work. We found out later that he was not qualified, nor was Mike Arrigo. During the process, we were without hot water in our home for 4 days, had to continually clean up after him, constantly tried to show him potential problems in the workmanship, only to be yelled at and have him throw a tantrum in our home. He didn't complete the work. Natural stone products were not sealed, the room was not primed or painted, the tile job was inferior, he did not replace the shower door, baseboards were not replaced, (some were lost) the glass block window in the shower was scratched so badly during the process that it must be replaced. The faucets that were installed were missing pieces.
