Last minute paint - painting

I didn't think we would have money for painting this year - my husband was laid off earlier in the summer BUT (whew!!!) landed a better job last month. My mother is visiting for Christmas this year and I wanted our place to look good... But I wasn't sure if I could get it painted this late in the year. I called 3 companies for estimates. One of them was way out of my league - the price was sky high, but the other 3 were close in price. I chose CertaPro because they have a warranty and I didn't have to pay until the work was complete.

I'm pretty picky about craftmanship when it comes to my house. I checked the work every day and was delighted with the results!

I had NO problems. There was one spot up under the eave that needed touch up that I noticed about a week after the work was done. I called the owner and they were out to do it within the week.
