Awful furniture shopping experience

Awful shopping experience. They are now down to 2 furniture stores and this once successful furniture retailer will not survive, in my opinion. I went to their roslyn heights, ny store and then to their paramus, nj store and when i tried to buy a sectional sofa and coffee table they kept changing the price on the invoice to a higher amt. First they were going to fix the leg on a floor sample but on the invoice they said no, then they wouldn't honor the 10% discount they ran an ad for in the NYT's and then they agreed to it. When i finally thought we had a deal, they said the price on the coffee table was for the floor sample. I said your ad at the end of sept.in the NYT's said in bold letters 40-60% off plus another 10% throught Oct. 12 on "All Furniture". They said they would not honor the ad. The salepeople were also very nasty. I am reporting them to the nassau county dept. Of consumer affairs and the better business bureau. This is not the store you think it is.
