Nightmare

In April we closed with ProTech Building out-of Bricktown, NJ. We offered him $8,100.00 deposit.inside a week we taken care of permits to start the road to get a new garage, taken care of the builder plus some additional expenses which were to become protected under our agreement. It appeared he never experienced his checkbook with him. We were guaranteed a day of Labor Day or before. Our home was split aside and gutted and he held requiring cash for units, steps, etc but never got through. He turns up when he feels as though it. We'd to employ additional companies to upgrade his work. We're out more than 50,000 and also the work is not even close to total. He claims he offered the cupboard organization the cash, they claim he didn't. He claims may meet the plumbers, electricians after which doesn't display.
