They ask for huge deposits, then promise it would be returned if it is in good condition.By law they must however they have vilated DRE Laws, took almost the entire depsosut based on false claims

Very simple - False and, misleading close out statements, over priced on their service for cleaning and other items when we already cleaned, and it was in very very good shape when we left, watch out if they can keep your money they will, I am in the process of takeing them to court, Renters Beware! Over priced in move in costs, pet deposits etc, and posible fraud activity! Watch out Renters.
