I bought $35,000 value of item from their store in 1993. One screen failed inside the guarantee time and also the others will be in the procedure of declining from day-one. All my windows/gates what're subjected to the weather are declining. I've fixed 2 windows which were rotted and today 5 more are allowing water in. They're hiding behind their 10-year guarantee but personally I think they ought to remain behind their items particularly if it a style defect that we experience may be the situation here.
