Ok, so youve found jim yackshaw pool service and think he does a good job... Well he does do a good job but the problem is that he will charge you for days he doesnt show up. This guy expects you to give him a key to your gate so he can enter anytime he wants. If your gate is locked (for security purposes of course) and he comes on whichever day of his choice, he will still charge you. He will not set up proper appointments, he will not call in advance, he will not call you when he arrives, he will not knock on your door.
This guy will not show up for several weeks and then send you a bill. He doesnt have a clue how to conduct real business buy having you sign an invoice upon completion of services. He will con you out of a key to your gate telling you that no one will have the key but wait until one of the ex con workers is in your back yard without your knowledge. Cleaning your pool and ask him how he got in or where yackshaw is.
This guy is a con artist, probably an ex con at some point.
Watch out for his overcharging ass, if you use him be ready to be shocked at seeing people in your backyard without being prewarned, watch out for his adding days that no one ever arrived. Do not give these crooks a key to your gate.
