Moovers Inc., "the real story"

My name is Jayson B and up untill recently I was the Vice President/Co-founder & Co-owner of Moovers Inc. If you stombled onto this page you are probably looking for a mover and you might be considering Moovers Inc. Based on their stellar reputation but beware Moovers Inc is a scamer on a much larger scale. The current owner, Matthew Peter Hassenstab has managed to rip me off of my 1/3 share in the company and took it all as his own. The matter is public record and the case is now in the hands of the Contra Costa County Court's.
The charges listed on the complaint are as followes:

1. Breach of partnership agreement
2. Conversion
3. Breach of feduciary duties
4. Fraud - Intentional misrepresentation & concealment
5. Negligent misrepresentation
6. Promissory fraud
7. Cunstructive fraud
8. Accounting
9. Illegal distributions
10. Partnership dissolution, accounting and injunction reliefe
11.involuntary dissiloution of corporation

Supporting an organization, regardless of it's percived reputation, that is owned by a man that took advantage of his friend and partner for personal gain and then stole all that he worked for is as morally wrong as supporting those who utilize child labor for their own greed. Unfortunately, our society is plagued by such self serving individuals and unless their actions are brought to light they are hailed as heros.

It is up to us to make that "Right Moral Choice" and not reward such behaviour by patronizing businesses that are the embodiment of corporate greed and dishonesty. There are many moving companies out there that are as good as Moovers Inc. And have a large network of agents and truck that cover the entire country.

Please help me fight the good fight by not supporting Moovers Inc.
