Bilt Again Outdoor Power Equipment Beware

I took my weedeater to these people to specificaly have the carb rebuilt. I was quoted over the phone a total price of $32.00. I went to pick it up, and they did not do anything at all to it, and they could even diagnose it until they put a new gas tank on it, because it was leaking.

The lady at the counter kept on and on and on about the tank needs replaced. I kept telling her all I want is the carb rebuilt, I told her this 4 times within 10 minutes at the counter. I had just bought a carb kit the week before, and my son didnt rebuilt it properly, therefor i wanted them to just "REBUILD THE CARB".

The lady then told me she didnt know if there is a kit available for it. Der De Der, OMG... I had just told her that i just bought one... I would think that would mean there is a kit available.

Like i said in the beginning, they did not do one thing to my weedeater. Finally when they went to go get my weedeater it tokk them 15 minutes they gave me the wrong onw back, I told them it was'nt mine, then it took them 15 minutes to find mine.

If that wasnt enough, they would not give me my $25 deposit back considering they did absolutly nothing to my weedeater. They told me it was a diagnostic fee. I told them I wanted my money back, they refused... And... Asked me why the fuss over just $25.

I told them Its the point of it. And its bad business... Very bad business practice in my opinion. His final comment was if he didnt do that he wouldnt make any money and wouldnt have a business.
