Everady Flood Control LTD
Sitting on my deposit since 10/4/08

In September. My basement flooded along with my rental property and half the city of Chicago and suburbs. I contracted with Everady Flood Control to install flood control systems in both my home and my rental. I gave them $2,400 ($1,200 for each house) deposit. It is almost a year and I still do not have a flood control system. I keep calling Everady and no one ever returns my call. I was told that the village is having a problem giving a permit because of some pump issue. I finally went to the village yesterday 7/28/09 to find that the village notified Everady on 6/19 of the problem and nothing has been done since then. I try everyday to get in touch with someone at Everady, but all I get is a voice message. All I want is my money back so I can find someone to correct my problem before I flood again. Pleaseeeeeeeeee help!!!
