This is unbelievable. I insisted to our 13 year old daughter not to believe what she found on the Internet about our new home we were going to purchase. Then our 14 year old son also read the consumer complaintss on your web site. My son then printed out several of your consumer complaintss and left them on our kitchen table. My husband and I read with great concern these reports.

Yesterday I said to my husband I was going to take the long drive drive Dallas so I talk with residents of one of the older developments built by Fuller as suggested by the consumer complaints. Before buying from a builder, consumer complaints suggested that the consumer first check previous built neighborhoods by knocking on doors and asking questions. Consumer complaints, I did exactly what you suggested. Thank you!

I knocked on 4 doors and talked with another couple walking their dog. Believe me, this was enough. I asked, did the builder do everything they said they would? Did the sales person lie? Did Fuller fix problems after you moved in? Did the sales person lie to you? Not one resident had anything good to say about Fuller. Not one!!!

I then did a little research into the neighborhood where we were going to purchase a home. I knocked on more doors. Again I found Homeowners have been deceived, claiming poor workmanship and false promises. I urged these residents to file their grievances on your web site. Several residents said they filed complaints with the BBB. I then called the BBB. Not surprising that the BBB had no complaints against Fuller. I just read usacomplaints. Coms on on the Better Business Bureau so I now understand what the BBB is all about. Thank you again usacomplaints.com.

I also read that Fuller is being invistigated in several states by the Attorney Generals office.

I cannot thank the people enough at the consumer complaints. You saved us money and what looks like much misery and aggravation. We will be sending out to you tomorrow a well deserved donation to help with your expenses.

We will also be listening to our children more closely about what is on the internet.
