Inc. Paul Burke from R E Kramig @ Co breeched contract with me

On Fri 5/29, Paul Burke from R E Kramig @ Co came out to provide an estimate for adding insulation to my attic. He recommended that additional insulation be blown in, vents installed in the roof, and a cover for the attic fan. He told me he would follow up with a quote and also that his company was running about 2 weeks out for getting the work done. On 6/2 he followed up be emailing me a quote for $1290 to do the work. On 6/8/09 I mailed him a signed copy of the quote accepting the offer, and emailed a copy to Paul as well. On 6/18/09, having not heard anything back from Paul, I called the company and they said he was on vacation. I asked if anyone else could help me and I was told I should wait and call back on Monday 6/22/09. I called on 6/22/09 and paul said he was catching up on his work and would get back with me on Tuesday 6/23/09, letting me know the scheduled date to have the work done. I received no call back on 6/23. On 6//24/09, I called and got Paul's voicemail and told him I was disappointed that he did not call me like he said he would, and I wanted to get the work done asap, since the problem I was trying to solve was too much heat in the upstairs of my house. Later that afternoon, Paul called me back and was upset with the message I had left, said he didn't need my business and I should consider the job cancelled. I called back and talked to Fritz Horne (who I was told was running the company) and told him the story. He said they do not do business like that and he would check it out and call me in a couple of days. I have received no call back from him as of 7/2/09.
