Cheap furniture - what you do get otherwise your furniture you ordered is on "Back order" for 9 months

I ordered 2 bedroom suites from NuHome and they looked great but 9 months later and they are already breaking. This is from normal wear and tear. That is the pieces that I got. My nightstand was on back order for 7 months when finally I told them to switch it for a dresser instead. Then, they told me that that was on back order and that his secretary was "out" at the time but conviently every time I called she was out. Now I find out they moved from my neighbor that had also done business with them unfortunately. I would like to know where my products are as I am still paying on them and they didn't come cheap. If they don't contact me soon (within one week) I'm going to cut off all payments.
